Furry Friends Rescue is a small all volunteer rescue based out of South Lyon and Brighton, MI areas. We take in cats and dogs from Michigan based shelters and find them forever homes. Our rescue is foster based and our intake of cats and dogs is limited to open foster homes.
Our Mission
The mission of Furry Friends Rescue is to promote the humane treatment of animals through education, referral, rescue and placement.

We will do vet/rental checks (if applicable)

A volunteer will contact you within 48 hours (we are volunteers and work!)

We are looking for the best fit for each pet in our care. If the pet you applied for is not the best fit for your situation, we will work with you or refer you to another rescue or shelter we work with.
Here at Furry Friends Rescue, Inc., we are driven by a single goal; to find the best home for our adoptable dogs and cats. We adhere to "best practices" and all of our pets are fully spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLv/FIV (cats), heartworm negative and on prevention (dogs)and mirochipped.
